It's time for the 2nd Annual Tarrant County Law Enforcement Chili Cook-Off. It will take place Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 12 to 5pm (Chili Tasting from 2 to 5pm) at River Ranch (by the Fort Worth Stockyards):
